Last Friday I went to the YOGA class for beginner. It was my first yoga experience ever. Overall I enjoyed the class even though my body feel sooo 'terpeleot' by the posture and ached for the next 2 days.
But I still like swimming the most followed by gym since there is no personal instructor, so I will not 'terhegeh-hegeh' to follow the movement. Aerobic is the one that I like the least. May be because of the movement is too fast and I cannot cope with it, then I can't enjoyed it anymore. ... but I have to do it to tone my body shape....
Well for this Yoga practice I plan to attend another few classes (4 or 5 times maybe) and then continue just at home. I already downloaded the movie of Yoga intstruction together with the music for meditation ...

wow..dal, ko join kelas yoga pulak skrg...syok tuh! Masa bujang dulu aku ada masuk kelas yoga sekali je tapi aku rasa bored pastu x continue.
Ko gi yoga, pastu gi swimming, pastu gi gym pulak...sure cun badan ko. Aku ni baru sekali je minggu lepas bgn pagi buat exercise ikut VCD. Pastu x bgn2 dah. Dgr ko dok buat exercise, jeles la aku ni. Esok aku mesti bgn pagi n exercise...waccha!!!!
tu ar...aku yg membacanya pun turut merasai bahang kejelesan itew...tp badan ko mmg ok je dal...tak exercise pun takpe....ketinggian menyelamatkan kau sebenarnya,,,,berbanding diriku ini,,,,,huhuhu...nak kurus!!!!.
aku pon nak KURUS!!!!!!
dah bertahun aku buat semua yg buat tu dal..tapi masih xder anjakan paradigme dari segi bentuk...huhuhu
Aku ni badan byk angin nenny... so bila stretching masa yoga tu senang sikit angin aku keluar. Aku tak sanggup berurut... sakit.
Betul kata Atie tu.. aku ni bukan kurus sgt pun sebenarnya, tapi sebab aku tinggi nampak ala2 slim gitu hehhe
Nor... aku pun tak kurus-kurus jugak meskipun sakan berexercise.. tapi at least berat aku tak naik walaupun aku ni kuat makan tak hengat dunia.
