korek-korek peti ais jumpa la mascorpone cheese yg dah expired 2 minggu ngan double cream yg pun dah expired seminggu. Aku beli bahan2 ni sebelum Kem Basmi Lemak dilancarkan. Tapi tengok-tengok macam elok lagi. Guna je lah. Kalau 2-3 hari lagi aku masuk hospital jgn lupa kirimkan bunga ngan cokelat ferrero rocher yer kawan2.
Okeh jom buat tiramisu....
Ingredients
Mascarpone Cheese 250 g
Double Cream 200 ml
Eggs 2biji
Gula 1/2 cup
Vanilla extract 1 tsp
Strong Coffe 150 ml
Chocho powder, to dust
Digestive Biscuit. 1/2 packet
Method
1. Whisk the mascorpone with egg yolks, until everything is thoroughly mixed together.
2. In other bowl, whisk egg white with sugar until the white foam with a pointed peak formed.
3. In another bowl, whisk the double cream until it hold stiff peaks.
Ok..sambung cakap melayu plak
4. Lepas tu mixed 1 + 2 + 3.. pakai senduk jer, toksah pakai mixer. Campurkan vanilla extract + cofee pekat dalam 3-4 sudu besar. Kacau hingga sebati.
5. Pastu buatla 2-3 lapis (sesuka hati) berselang seli dgn digestive biscuit yg telah direndam dalam coffe pekat tadi. (rendam sket sket aje jgn samapai biskut tu lembik)
- boleh ganti ngan sponge cake kalau suka.
6. Pastu masukkan dalam fridge. Biarla dalam 2-3 jam. Kalau overnight lagi bagus.
7. Sebelum hidang tu dust dgn shifted cocoa+cofee powder.

ko guna marrie eh?aku sllu try guna fingers biscuits tu..or sometimes guna kek ..hehehe..nnti aku cuba kak marrie lak..
buat tiramisu kul 12 malam ke? hebat..
Nurul ---> aku tak suka letak kek. Finger biscuit best jugak dan akan dapat tekstur cantik bila potong.
Tapi aku paling suka digestive biscuit

Teringin aku nak buat tp masalahnya aku x tau la mascarpone cheese kat sini panggil apa...tu la masalah aku kat sini nak mencuba resepi. Nama pelik sikit mula la x tau apa ke bendanya dlm Deutsch.
