Hari ni topic PIBG…. Sebab panjang sgt aku masukkan dalam 2 entry
Baru-baru ni Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak mengumumkan polisi baru kerajaan iaitu…

So, inilah berita yg sedang hangat di bicarakan kat dalam HELWA NMC yahoo groups.
So aku quote antara ringkasan perbincangan kakak-kakak helwa
Digest 1 - Syaimak
its an upgrade from 90 days unpaid leave to upto 5 years unpaid leave....
maternity leave stays at 60 days paid leave
Digest 2 - Kak Rohana
Dari apa yg akak baca dan faham, 5 tahun tu bukan utk sorang anak. Cuti tu campur2 semua. Unpaid leave, so still susah jugak sbb tak de duit. UK punya system dapat half-paid kan? Tp dapat 3 kenaikan gaji dalam masa 5 tahun tu.
Digest 3 - Niza
Of course, in one sense it gives us options and more freedom..as a female govt staff ..
Tapi.. fikir2, options tu lebih menguntungkan ke atau tak..
To name a few possible consequences...more govt bosses would think twice of hiring more females into their dept....and for those who are thinking of taking that 'leave' opportunity..much higher expectations from her in her whole life career from other collegues...berat jugak tu..
Digest 4 - Kak Zarina
Rasanya even without the newly proposed maternity leave, gender discrimination in work place was evident in most aspects and not only in terms of superior's expectations

aku suka je kalo cuti lelama tapi gaji jalan..tapi..huhu..eh jap, maksudnya sekarang nye rules cuti bergaji still sampai 60 hari je la kan dal?
Ha'ah cuti bergaji cuma 60 hari... tapi aku tak sure plak cuti unpaid leave dari hari ke 61 - 90 tu optional ke compulsory.
