Zai dulu pernah gak amik cuti tanpa gaji ni ..tapi rasanya banyak keburukan dr kebaikan in term of service ..for instance, bila nak pencen nanti..kalau tak cukup tahun dalam perkhidmatan nanti tak boleh dapat full pencen ..camno tu??

betul kata adinda ku Zai itu...kita pon sama pernah ambik unpaid leave nih...banyak cons nyer daripada pro...tapi sorang kawan baik min pernah berhujah...ada hikmahnyer di sebalik sesuatu yg terjadi pada kita

true that's why I hope for those (especially women) who have gone through the mill and being given the responsibility as a 'boss' please consider the contribution of mothers for making the choice to stay with their child in ensuring they get the best foundation of love. I'm sure these individuals have made great sacrifices. So when they come back to continue the service don't give them a hard time.
Yg tu sebenarnya sacrifice long term yg baik...
We have to understand as a developing country we didn't/couldn't have that choice to begin with because we need to make our country prosper. So many women started working, had a career etc. to some extend this affected the familiar family institution of mothers being with the children at home. Women worked to support the vision of supporting a progressive nation and building the country but had to sacrifice to a certain extent their own family and in a way with the hope to provide a better living opportunities for their children.
So...yes whatever things to make women's life better I welcome and support it with all my heart.
Bagi aku personally …. aku rasa aku belum mampu nak cuti tanpa gaji, mungkin aku akan pasrah jer dgn cuti 90 hari. Tapi manalah tahu kan suatu hari nanti Midon jadi kaya …bussines sgt berjaya (ala-ala KMZ holding dalam Manjalara :)..), akan aku sahut seruan kerajaan untuk bercuti 5 tahun.
Conclusion dari aku.. It’s always good to have a choice, isn’t.
