Resepi Cendol

Resepi ni untuk Nurul dan sesapa yg lain yg nak mencuba. Tapi kalau kat Malaysia..beli jerla.

Original resepi aku amik dari internet. Buat comparison 2-3 resepi. Pas tu aku improvise sesuka hati aku. Apparatus nak buat cendul plak, midon yg buatkan untuk aku guna plastik container yg dilubang-lubangkan. Buleh pakai senduk yg lubang2 jugak..tapi susah sket nak cari yg saiz lubangnya ideal.

Bahan-bahan

Tepung Beras - 1 cawan
Tepung pulut - 1 sudu besar
Air - 3 cawan
Air Kapur - 2 sudu kecil
Daun Pandan -5-6 helai
Pewarna Hijau - 1 sudu kecil
Santan - 1-2 liter
Dark Brown Sugar/ Gula Melaka

Cara

1. Blend air + daun pandan. Tapis(ambik air jer)
2. Campur tepung beras + tepung pulut + air pandan+ air kapur+pewarna. Kacau sentiasa. Masak sampai kental.
3. Masuk adunan dalam dalam acuan berlubang.
4.Tekan supaya keluar berjurai dan jatuhkan kedalam air sejuk.
4. Rebus santan ngan pandan. Tambah ngan air untuk adjust kepekatan
5. Rebus air gula ngan pandan. Tambah ngan air untuk adjust kepekatan
6. Campur cendol + santan + air gula. Buleh makan ngan pulut & kacang merah

Today hubby turns 30… happy birthday to you. Semoga diteguhkan iman dan dipanjangkan umur.. dan semoga semua pengorbanan hubby dibalas dengan rezeki yg melimpah ruah dikemudian hari. InsyaAllah.

Tak de hadiah dari aku tahun ni. .. takder duit isk..isk..isk. Maklumlah dah dekat setahun tak dapat elaun. Hidup kat sini pun Midon yg tanggung. Kesian aku.. Tapi takpe.. Midon kata kalau aku lulus PhD itu kira hadiah paling besar untuk dia.. sepanjang hayat tak payah bagi hadiah pun tak per katanya…

So.. its makan2 time. Menu hari ni Chicken Fillet Rosemary Grill + gravy, grill mushroom+ radish + capsicum + broccoli and jacket potato. Kek plak.. birthday boy (boy??? eewww..man la) mintak lemon cheesecake.. so lemon cheesecake it is.

Hari ni buat pertama kalinya aku buat cendol. Sungguh bangga hati ini..hihihihi. Rasanya bolehla… kira sedapla untuk org yang dah 4 tahun tak minum cendol macam aku dan Midon.

Tapi tak der gambar la plak untuk party makan2 aku ni.. kamera kena pinjam member yg pi tour Europe. Nak pakai kamera henpon macam tak professional la plak… lagipun henpon aku tu ala2 ketinggalan jaman.

Easter Break

Kat sini tgh Easter Break.. satu Nottingham senyap sunyi. Semua org Melayu pegi jenjalan agaknya. Aku macam biasa lagi ske duduk rumah layan TV.. layan Desperate Housewives...

Comment aku pasal AF... biasalah dah masuk musim ke-6 pun..makin suam2 kuku. Fav contestant aku musin ni.. si Nadia. Actually minah ni takder la best sgt pun. Lagi best Amylea ngan Idayu AF3. Tapi sebab yg lain lagi melampau tahap kenyal tak bestnya..jadilah si Nadia ni paling best. Ni lagu dendangan dia untuk konsert satu ... R.I.N.D.U (lagu asal Hetty Kos Endang)

My never ending experimental work..waarrrrgghhh…. bila la SV aku akan suruh aku berenti buat eksperimen… asyik2 tambah kerja.

Chapter 1 and Chapter 2 corrections.. still many things to do… Chapter 3 and Chapter 4 still in my SV hand. Lots and lots more corrections waiting. No doubt hehhe. ..
